Description: Unique English Art Deco pendant. Hanging handmade bowl ceiling light shades became popular during the 1920-50s. They earned the name "Flycatcher" for obvious reasons.Flycatchers come alive when lit, showing their colors. The patterns are unique and no two are identical. We replaced the original fixture with a new solid brass one because the chain was rusted and electric cords needed replacement. There is one ceramic socket with standard base. Can support 100 Watt bulb. As pictures show, the glass is a really nice pink and white . The shade is 11.5" x 6" Total length is 36" but can be lengthened another foot with extra chain.note: The beauty of the fixture is it can be shortened to about 14" to use in hallway for lengthened for a tall cathedral ceiling.
