This particular lighter was manufactured in France sometime between 1945 and 1968. Earlier models were required to have a French Tax Seal. I identify the Brand as Quercia Flamidor because Quercia purchased Flamidor in 1928. Mechanical: Lights almost everytime with fuel. Cosmetics: See pics.
