These Ones appears to be half full but will need to be properly mixed. 2 of the cans are missing the stem (likely inside the can) one has the stem brush but is clogged with paint. Please review the photos and ask questions before purchasing since there are no returns on this item and they are sold as is selling untested. If you are needing this paint to finish a project, this may be the ticket for you, but I do not know how to get these paint cans working again. Therefore, these are sold as display pieces.
