Vintage Gateway MX6030 (Intel Celeron M 360 @ 1.4 GHz, 512 MB RAM, WinXP)

Description: This auction is for a vintage Gateway MX6030 laptop. This laptop was donated to my department by it's original owner a few months ago. The laptop was tested to power on and boot into Windows XP. Per our security policy, all personal data and documents have been purged. The battery no longer holds a charge but the OEM AC adapter is included. Cosmetic wise: The lid has some major scratches and marks scattered around but most are focused on the left side. There are some deeper scratches as well as some smaller marks and scuffs. The bottom chassis is in great condition with almost no marks except for one over the model sticker. There is a screw missing from the HDD cover. The palm rest and keyboard are in pretty good condition. Performance wise: The laptop performs pretty well for it's age. The left mouse button is a bit sensitive and will need to be pressed down harder to register the button input. Performance drops are to be expected with vintage hardware and software. NOTE: The internal CMOS battery is dead.
