There are fees involved for refunds not to mention its time consuming. If you dont say anything and pay shipping 4 times that cool i will figure it out but you need to be cool too. I buy and sell old used toys. Some are going to have condition issues it the nature of what I do. If you want perfection buy stuff new in the package.
