This case has a combination lock ( combo is 143) and two flush latches. There are two handles on two sides. This case has a cloth interior with dividers. There are some stains on the dividers and the elastic is worn. The hinge, handle and latches are all very tight and nothing is worn out. There are some dings and scratches along the edges but nothing major. It sits level on 6 feet. This case measures approx. 26 x 18 x 9 1/2 inches. Nothing has been cleaned, altered or repaired.
