Description: This is an antique velvet crazy quilt. It was pieced, stitched, and sewn all by hand, circa 1955. It measures 62" x 78". The quilt has been in storage for many decades years and there is some evidence light dry rot. The basting in places is crumbling slightly, but colors are still vivid and the stitching is firm.
