It is brand new in its box with no damage on the broom or packaging. This is the broomstick with the actual fibers in the broom. (Any white spots you see in the pictures were caused by the camera flash.) The only damage is on the little card surrounding the broom that says, ”Try me! Push here.“ (I have not seen this card on any of the others for sale.) I did have to remove the zip ties to replace the batteries for testing only. I replaced the zip ties exactly as they were. Both sound and vibration effects work great, so you get brand new batteries! This is a very collectable item and is in excellent condition. You won’t be disappointed with this one.
