This piece, constructed of wood, is modeled after the cages miners in the 19th and early 20th centuries would use to transport and house their canaries. While intended to originally just transport live bird to pet shops and to owner's homes, this cage fits just about any small domestic bird and includes a small, ceramic water dish that can be tacked onto the interior.
