Description: Vintage 1991 Hasbro Mint on Card Wild Bill second version Action Figure on 12 Back card. The card is great condition showing light storage/shelf wear that is typical for its age. The surface is super clean with bright colors. Main condition issue I can find is some chipping along the bottom. The figure bubble is clear with no cracks or dents and is sealed to the card on all sides with the exception of the bottom right where there looks like there could be some lifting. There is also a ding on the bottom of bubble stem. I tried to capture this in closeup pics. Figure appears to be in excellent condition.
