Description: For your consideration is a vintage sugar shaker. The cream colored piece has a basket weave design with colorful applied floral decoration and a black loop handle. Exquisite detail and color. The muffineer/sugar shaker stands about 4 1/4 inches in height and measure 3 inches in diameter. It has its original cork stopper. The piece is marked Hand Painted Japan and bears the black Hotta Yu Stoten mark which we believe to date this piece from the 1950's. It is free of cracks, nicks, or repairs, but does have some crazing. The net weight is 16 ounces.
