Description: Very pretty set of five vintage plates, made in Italy and hand-painted. All plates are marked - signatures not legible. A lovely assortment of fruits and florals plus one similar to redware with black design. Each plate measures approximately 7.75" across. The plates are in very good condition: four plates (those with the white ground) are excellent with no chips or cracks or crazing. One plate (the one similar to redware with black design) has a small chip on the outer edge: see picture with arrow. Possibly from the 1970's. Ready to display in your Tuscan kitchen, this set depicts all the color and vividness of beautiful Italy.
