Description: Letting more of my personal collection go. Rare pair of Jackson 5lb gen 3 1A plates. Both plates are not lathed but came with other 1A plates in the same set. These are also the same style of plates used in Andy’s older generation 2 sets. These are from his early generation 3 sets around the 1950’s/1960’s. Andy Jackson had two Olympic set options regular non lathed non 1A and he had his higher quality 1A sets. These sets were hand picked and some of the plates lathed by Andy himself to the correct weight. Both plates are in amazing condition, no cracks or damage.
