Description: This ‘Jingling Jim” pull toy is well used but steel reeks of vintage charm. Makes a loud jingling / ringing bell mixture, as it moves. Simple painted face on clown is just barely visible, but still there on top round piece. Rope pull is long gone. I believe this to be from the 1920’s period, but I am no expert on these. Manufacturer was the GONG BELL MANUFACTURING CO. That closed in the 1960’s. Please ask if you have any questions. 033
