Description: VINTAGE JOHNSON BROTHERS "THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS" FOUR DINNER PLATES Click images to enlarge Description A set of four dinner plates by Johnson Brothers in its discontinued "The Twelve Days of Christmas" pattern, produced in England between 1985 and 1987. The pattern features various Twelve Days of Christmas designs in the center and all twelve days around the rim in burgundy, blue and green with burgundy trim on a white background. This four-piece set includes: *One "Partridge in a Pear Tree" *One "Three French Hens" *One "Five Golden Rings" *One "Twelve Drummers Drummin'" The plates are 10 1/4" in diameter and all four are free of nicks, cracks, crazing and pattern wear. There are utensil marks in the centers consistent with moderate use that are difficult to see unless held in direct light and one chip on the underside of the drummers plate (see photos), but no other flaws that I found.
