Description: This vintage coffee mill is marked GDR on the bottom which stands for German Democratic Republic, the official name for what was East Germany. This dates the coffee mill between 1949 and 1990. The front has a mark that says Klingenthal. The coffee mill has a wood base and handle with a chrome top. There is a little drawer in the front to hold the coffee. The wooden box has dovetailed corners. Everything appears to be in good condition and seems to work well, though I have not tried to grind the coffee beans in it. The chrome top does have some tiny specks of rust so please refer to the photos to see if this is something you would object to.
