Description: A Vintage Lipper & Mann Pedestal Plate. Measures about 8 1/8" in diameter and 3 3/4" in height. CONDITION: In nice shape. An underglaze chip on the outer edge. Some surface scratches, wear to the gold rims and designs, and some scuffing and discoloration on the bottom rim from display. Some tarnish and corrosion to the metal hardware. I purchase all of my items at auctions, estate sales and flea markets so cannot be sure of their history or whether they've come from smoke-free or pet-free homes.
