The case has a swivelling top with a hole in top so that you can choose the size needle you wish to use, this done by selecting the needle size you want that is around the top, moving the tiny tab that is on the top to the size required. The case is metal with a marbleised red colour and printed in gold with The Lighthouse Needle Case, Morris & Yeomans Ltd Astwood Bank Redditch Made in England and instructions on how to use.
