Description: This is a pre-owned Vintage NAPCO Plastic Face Felt Christmas Elf Pixie Ornament with hard legs and feet. He is five inches tall. Wearing a red felt top, pants, and hat. Has white hair. Gold lame feet. NAPCO rectangular gold foil label on bottom of left foot in excellent condition. Made in Japan. HAS A BLUE SPOT ON NOSE. Collar is a pale tan color and has some staining in some areas (see close ups).Has some glue residue on hat.The item shows wear from age. Face has been wiped down.
