Vintage Ocean Sea shore Watercolor Signed South of France Coastline Castle? #2

Description: Wonderful coastal painting Vintage Ocean Sea shore Watercolor Possibly South of France Rocky Coastline with castle? I posted the 1st one just like this painting that is signed by the artist earlier (The 1st one I listed is signed this one isn't signed but clearly was a set by the same artist) The frame measures approx. 16-7/8 X 14 and the inside frame or painting measures approx. 12-1/2 X 9-3/4 inches. What's wrong with it? Painting has some minor fading and possibly tanning but all in all in very nice displayable condition- The frame has minor nicks, chips, dings, scratches, and crackling and needs a god cleaning as well the wire on the back will need to be re anchored prior to hanging- Please See pictures for full item description and condition prior to purchasing this painting Please note we no longer leave immediate feedback for purchases feedback will be left once feedback is received to complete the transaction- We have an unusual high percentage of folks not leaving feedback for some reason- Please understand you will receive feedback from Yard Sales to Auction once received.
