Condition is pretty rough as shown, but I hoped it would be a good opportunity for a collector to own a 1st edition at a tremendous value. Shows normal wear and tear for its age and intended audience until the middle of the book where several pages have had pages cut out and some rips. Either way, not easy to find this book with as low of an asking price, I just hope it can be enjoyed. Please use photos and zoom feature for most accurate condition.
