We are not sure how this piece works and looks as if it may be missing a lever on the side. The eyes look to need readjustment. The plastic dial cover shows yellowing consistent with age and shows a crack. Counter clock dial shows yellowing and patina consistent with age. Metal shows a few areas of paint loss and wear with surface rust present in those areas. Entire piece could use a detail cleaning. Surface show some wear consistent with age and use.
