Vintage Punch card puncher, retro office equipment

Description: This is a very special paper punch, IT DOES NOT ACCEPT A STANDARD 9X11 IN. PIECE OF PAPER. I think it is a vintage card punch machine. ^ It seems to be meant for only one card at a time, and here is what I know about it: It has 20 push button positions for holes to be punched, and it will do one, or 20, all at the same time. There is also a small amount of movement side to side, using the letters A-M. ^ All I can guess is that it was used for cards of some type.
