Description: A vintage Florentine Italian red leather desk set wihth black and gold gilt embossed border designs, including a blotter, writing pad, or document holder that opens as a lid to show writing paper; a letter holder; and a pencil cup. Monogramed in gold, R.S. Mid-century. Made in Italy. The letter holder (leather over metal) is 6" by 1.75" by 4". The pencil cup (leather over a plastic cup) is 3" by 4.5", The blotter (leather over probably wood) is 18.5" by 13.5". 18.5ʺW × 13.5ʺD × 0.75ʺH. A crinkle to leather at the top right of the blotter, with scratches on the top. The leather is separated a bit at the seam of the cup. Please note the small R.S. monogram on all three pieces.
