It is in very good condition, no fading, no yellowing, no stains, no holes, but it does have a very tiny rip at the bottom of the fan right by the wording. You can see in the last picture. The handle is metal and does have some finish wear that you can see in the pictures. Fan itself measures approximately 9" x 10". Beautiful for your collection or to even give as a gift.
