Description: This auction is for a fabulous vintage needlepoint that was done in 1981. To me, they look like showgirls or some sort of performers, maybe drag queens. Two of the ladies have fairy or butterfly wings. The needlepoint piece is in very good condition overall. I’d say light aging on the puffier parts like the hair, umbrella and pink dress sleeves. The frame is a bit beat up and has some chunks missing from it in spots. You could paint it, but it would probably be better to get a new frame. Including the frame, it measures about 23 inches wide and 29.5 inches tall. It is quite the unique piece.
