In excellent condition with light wear. The germ portion that fits into the cavity is missing. There are some minor chips and wear to the the grain model which is made of gypsum. The original wood base shows areas of wear/paint loss. Sticker on base : PROPERTY OF FLORIDA A & M UNIVERSITY; also a metal tag : FLA A&MU. There is no "SOMSO" stamp but the green base paint matches the typical base color SOMSO uses for their models.
