Description: VINTAGE STERLING SILVER PUFFY HEART - Three Panels of Flowers with Small Heart in Center with Inset Red Stone and Beaded Border ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DESCRIPTION: This heart charm is from the 1940s. This is a puffy (Hollow) heart charm. The design is three panels of flowers. There is a small raised heart in the center with an inset red stone. There is also a beaded border. If there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the back. There is no engraving on the back of this heart charm. The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 5/8" across in size.
