It comes with: Recipes "Kitchen Tested" by (where you can put a name), a couple of blank lined pages for Helpful Hints, a few pages of Cookery Terms, approx 45 double sided paper recipe pages (if you use 1-side per recipe you can put 90 recipes in it) and Nine cardstock index tabs in the back so you can organize recipes by: Appetizers & Snacks, Barbecues, Casseroles, Meat & Fish, Eggs & Cheese, Desserts, Poultry, Soups & Salads and Vegetables. (Note: I only show a few of the paper recipe pages and only 3 of the 9 index tabs that are included in my photos as there's too many to show all of them). There's also a yellow vintage Order Blank form in the back for extra supplies but it's just for looks as the company was closed in the mid-late 1990's. This Vintage Binder is Circa about 1980's.
