Description: 9 Vintage Sun Bonnet Sue Quilt Blocks Made using Vintage feed sack materials using applique & embroidered trimmimgs In various stages of completion and in need of finishing or cleaning due to staining on white muslin, or unfinished stitching. 6 blocks are meant to be of Sue holding a watering can, only is completed 5 need watering cans added. 1 of the 5 not been embroidered yet and has only been appliquéd in place. 3 face to left holding baskets with embroidered flowers inside, one of those blocks has more pink blotches to the white fabric than the others. The block with the finished watering is the one with the coffee stain type blotches Some of the Muslim squares have obvious stains on the white background, most have a tiny amount of staining here or there and are less obvious. One has a lot of pink blotches it, almost looks like Kool-Aid. Another one has it too, but it’s not near as much and then others have tiny dots of the pink spots or brown spots. I am not a textile expert, so I have not tried to clean them They are still quite charming and would be good for up cycling into bags or pillows etc Each design measures approximately four and three-quarter inches wide by 6 1/2 inches tall The Muslin blocks measure approximately 11 to 12 inches These are old vintage preowned premade blocks from an estate and will show shelf or storage wears from age as well.
