I contacted Tubbs, and this is what they said: “Looks like these were made around 1940's~1950's based on the model A and the fact it was at the Wallingford, VT facility. Some of them have specific model number on them but that can wear down over time and that can be hard to pin point down but between 1940~1956 is when i'm guessing these were produced.” I know absolutely nothing about snowshoes. These really don’t appear to have ever been used. There is some discoloration on the weaving on the bottom (see photos) and some miniimal scuffing on the edges but that’s about it.
