Marsden was a major supplier of these briefcases to servicemen and Government employees from WW2 to the Vietnam War Era. Outside is a leather like material with stitching. There is use wear to the outside of briefcase. There are scuffs and scratches to surface and all corners. Inside is in good condition and has one large pocket. Opens and closes nicely.
