Apparently this is a child’s army helmet toy made from a WWII unfinished surplus or rejected fiberglass liner. The liner is in good condition.. The circumference taken on the outside is 28". The outside height is 5.5". Inside the front to back and side to side head opening measurements are 9.5" by 8.25". The measurement from the back of the helmet to the tip of the bill is 10.25".
