It does look like upper right front corner was cut off and price tag stapled on in its place. Please note that 1 strand of faux Pearls has fallen off. You can reglue it once it's opened if you wish. A great Valentine's and/or Christmas decoration or gift. A rare find to find this in the package still. I believe this is from the 1980s but cannot guarantee. Please see all photos.
