Description: Vintage un-framed abstract water-color painting of Monterey, California ocean-pier with cars, people, etc. as per pictures. It has (2) sets of hand-written inscriptions in (2) locations, one with the date of 1954 and the other location has the date of 1955 as per pictures. It appears that it was sent as a gift to the recipient (the writing with the 1955 date), it comes with the glass that was in the original frame (which is missing) as per picture. Nice piece of mid-century California art, visually appealing bright colors as per pictures. Condition; colors good, painting is attached to cardboard that is browned for acidity and the handwriting is on that board, frame missing, original glass present, painting is very well done, overall very good.
