Best bone Wellington was made between 1909-1920 by JH Cope at the Wellington Works in Longston, England.This cup and saucer have a Pink, Blue, Yellow and Grey floral Motif with Gold trim on both the Cup and saucer. the Cap has a unique squared then dip pattern on the rim (some may call it scalloped) where as the saucer has the rounded scalloped edge.Both cup and saucer ring like a bell and you can see through the china when help up to light (see photo 12) photo 8 shows the slight flaw inside the cup. It is very subtle, as you can see, possibly a drip of paint.
