Description: Vintage WW2 M1 Swivel Bale, Front Seam, Schlueter Helmet With Name. Liner is Westinghouse. Webbing is M.S. Inc. Interesting markings on the front of the helmet. With the research done I have an idea where the helmet came from. Or what the person did. But I would like to see if someone else has the same thought. If so it would be a pretty rare helmet. Please contact me if you know. The helmet is named and you can get that after you purchase it. After a few messages I tried to photograph the heat stamp but couldn't get a clear shot. It starts with 3 then the next two numbers are lightly stamped one looks like a 1 the other is just to light. Then an A. I also examined the paint on the front of the helmet under magnification. I see crazing in the white and red paint areas.
