Not an easy thing to find sealed....or not.This measures 13-1/2" x 10-1/4".No stains to the paper, so I feel that this has been kept stored in the dry.There are some edge scuffs and two small tears that are shown in the last few pictures.The envelope overall shows common scuffs and dings from handling and storage for 70 years.Very nice piece for the POGO fan in your life.
