Description: Vtg 1960s-70s Japan Guns & Ammo Hibben Design Elmer Keith Skinner Hunting Knife This is a vintage knife designed by Elmer Keith and Gil Hibben. It was a model that was given out with a subscription to Guns & Ammo magazine back in the 1960's or 70's as a promotion. It hasn't actually been used or resharpened and is in solid condition with normal marks and discoloration consistent with construction and age. It comes with an original sheath for the knife which is solid and in good condition but keeper strap does not fit to snap shut. It seems to have shrunk and possibly could be oiled and stretched a bit to make it eventually work. Knife was made in Japan. 5 1/4" blade. 9 3/4" overall, heavy 1/8" thick.
