VTG 1969 Tonka Toys Jeep Dispatcher #2200 Metallic Teal Blue White Interior

Description: Stored for many years this is a Tonka toy pressed steel vehicle. Painted in a nice teal with a white plastic interior. As pics show this was never an outside toy for the sand pile. It is known in the 1969 Tonka catalog (NOT INCLUDED) picture as item #2200, the "Dispatcher". Very little "mileage" on this Jeep, as the tire threads clearly show. Steel hosting its "cat eye" headlight lenses with very minor surface rust on the metal axles. But the gorgeous white walls on the tires make up for that and show this had always been an indoor toy. This is no junk. Instead, it is a beautiful piece of Tonka toy pressed steel history. From a nonsmoker home so no surprise odors upon package arrival.
