Description: Used and vintage with many signs of wear and use from wear in the metal polish and scratches throughout. I have not cleaned as I don't know how to do so properly without damaging item potentially and I couldn't locate a marking as to what this is made out of. It is some type of metal. It is interesting as the design in the platter looks to catch a liquid andypon further researchi found this is for meat carving and serving. on back it reads community plate 12928. It is large and heavy measuring 18.5 inches long and 12 inches wide. Very used and worn. It looks old as it rainbows in the light and has a worn gold spotty look with silver shiny color underneath. Any info would be glady appreciated..
