Description: This is a classic vintage large 3-link wide "Sportster" Primary Motorcycle Chain Belt in excellent condition. It’s in a super rare, bass-ass size 40. It has the cool chrome plated and hand painted Flying Eagle Belt Buckle with a chain edging. It shows little use and comes in its original box.The buckle and chain are in very clean shape. All the links are clean, flexible and in super condition with “Peer 35 Taiwan” stamped along its edges. These belts were probably made for Harley-Davidson or the Eazy Rider Magazine.The buckle is made by The Great American Buckle Co. in Chicago and bears their eagle logo on the back. It also says “Copyright 1984, Made In USA” on the back. It’s 3” long and a tad under 2” tall.The total belt length is 40”. The chain itself is 38” long and 1.25” wide. The buckle adds about 2" of length. It will fit a 40” waist maximum but could be link adjusted to go smaller. It weighs 2 lb, 8 oz.Please know your size....this is a chain metal belt and will only go 40" long!!! Measure a favorite belt from where the prong hits the buckle to your most comfortable adjustment hole setting (your real size). Item sold "As Is".
