It is made of pot metal with layered construction and has red, white & blue enamel. The eagle's body is studded with clear rhinestones and the eagle is holding an olive branch. It is signed L/N on the reverse. Measures approx. 2.5" tall.It is in good condition with expected wear including some enamel loss. All stones are present, and the pin back works well.
