It's in overall good, pre-owned condition with no rips or tears. It does show discoloration/staining from age and prior usage, particularly near the armpits. Being a white shirt, it shows overall discoloration from age. There is some fabric pilling, as well as general wear/tear. See pictures for best idea of condition. Washed and ready to ship! It measures 20.5" from armpit to armpit, 16.5" from armpit to waist, 26.5" from collar to waist, and 4" from armpit to end of sleeve. Items come from a smoke free home.
