Description: Absolutely stunning and rare vintage set of eight baby blue fine porcelain with gilt gold rims and handles teacups, abstractly-shaped snack plates with teacup holders, two tea bag plates, and creamer and sugar holders. This set is by WTA, marked on the bottom in gold on almost all pieces. The eight teacups are delicate and a lovely shape, each with the baby blue Lustreware porcelain, gold rims and handles, and there is an image of the back of an Amish man and woman on either side. The snack plates are amazing, an abstract kidney bean-shape, there is a circular place on each to put your teacup, there are hand-painted plum-colored tulips & vines, as well as an Amish man and woman, and there are gorgeous, gold handles and they are rimmed in gilt gold. The set includes two small white tea bag plates, each with a different Amish couple on the front. The creamer & sugar are beautiful, and they are rectangular, each depicting an Amish couple, the sugar has two, ornate gold handles, and the creamer has one gold handle and pouring spout. This set has been VERY well taken care of … it is in excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks … they look like they’ve never been used, only displayed … and the only slight condition issue is a tiny amount of fading on some of the gold due to the age of the pieces. They are in no way detractors from the beauty of these pieces, and I only stated that for full-disclosure of the condition. This set includes 20 pieces, the eight teacups and snack plates, the two tea bag plates, and the creamer and sugar. Excellent quality and craftsmanship, incredible condition, and this is an extremely rare set. Just stunning! The snack plates are 9” L x 7.5” W; the teacups are 4.75” L x 2” H; the tea bag plates are 4” round; the sugar is 5.75” L x 2.75” H; and the creamer is 5” L x 2.75” H.
