Handmade in 1990 in the United States. Hand painted in subdued colors with a matte finish. No two exactly alike. Windy Meadows is known for its quality handmade workmanship. Condition is compromised as it was brought to my attention that a flower is missing from the greenery above the front doors.(Sadly and unknowingly, I purchased it this way.) Though no two are exactly alike, I feel the extra flower was truly a part of the original plan. The price has been adjusted to reflect the compromise.
