All designs are created in a Computer-Aided Design facility (CAD) and seamlessly converted via a CAD format for machining on the latest Laser technology. All designs and products are stored electronically for future reference by our clients. Once the design has been agreed we can have a prototype ready in a couple of days.When it comes to creative display solutions, Plexico has best designers and manufacturers, and is involved in the whole process from start to finish. Working with we take care of everything from design and prototyping to fulfilment. Customisation is a key part of our service and if the specifications of our standard products do not meet your requirements, we'll customise them to suit your needs. Payment Payment We use PayPal as the gateway for payment where you can use all major debit/credit cards. Shipping Shipping We want to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and safely so we have given careful consideration to the carriers we use to fulfil them. Our chosen partner is Royal Mail or DPD. If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 30 day period. Personalised or made to order items we can only accept returns on genuine faults or damages.Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched.
