Description: This enormous gem has classic and vivid watermelon colors of green, pink and a little white highlight in-between. The tourmaline has a broad clarity range, the green is slightly included and the pink is very heavily included. The tourmaline has a deep emerald cut, with long step cuts on the back for a beautiful show of brilliance. The tourmaline measures a substantial 16.0mm x 10.10mm x 6.60mm. The setting is signed 14k Dason, NY Davidson & Son's 1930's-1950's. The ring is a sized right between 6 3/4 to 7. The wide band has a decorative wheat carving and scallop border on the edges. The face measures 5/8" high (North~South) x 7/16" wide and the tourmaline sits 3/8" up off your finger. The ring weighs 6.95g (metal and gemstone combined). There are some surface reaching inclusions and a some small spots of loss on the face where the inclusions are heaviest in the pink (highlighted in last photo).
