Description: Wedgwood lilac Jasperware trinket box with a white bas-relief depicting Aurora, goddess of the dawn, racing across the early morning sky in her horse-drawn chariot to announce the dawning of a new day. Aurora wears a half moon diadem in her hair and flying classical robes. Her chariot is pulled to the left across a cloud by two rearing horses. Round box. White reliefs on lilac. Impressed "Wedgwood. Made in England." The round box itself is in excellent condition, however there is a small chip in the edge of the lid (see photos) Approximately 2 3/4 inches in diameter by 1 3/4 inches deep Photos are a part of the description.
