Description: Up for sale a Whiting Manufacturing Company sterling silver crumber in the Old Bead pattern introduced in 1880. The Old Bead pattern features a beaded edge with a palmette like motif to the top of the stem. The blade of the crumber is slightly fluted. It has an elaborate and beautifully engraved monogram of the initials CTW and on the reverse of the stem is engraved the date 1898. This crumber measures 10.75" and weighs 112 grams. It is in good antique condition.
